A few ways Pingit can help at this time

Budget your spending

If you’re looking at your family’s budget, you could use Pingit jars to ring-fence your money – so it’s right there when you need it.

You can have up to five jars to help manage your spending and keep an eye on your transactions in the app. Make sure you have the latest version of the app.

Making payments

We’re here to help you make personal payments at a safe distance. If you’re stuck at home and someone’s helping you out with the shopping, Pingit makes paying them back easier than finding toilet roll. All you need is their mobile number.

Or if you’re the one helping out others you can ask them to pay you back using your personal payment link.

£45 Contactless limit

You can now go cashless with your Pingit card and device for transactions up to £45. It’s best to check with the retailer first to see that they’ve increased their limits as well.

You can also freeze your card and device at any time in the app, giving you peace of mind if you’ve misplaced it.

Supporting the community

Many, including charities are struggling in the current pandemic. If you’re wanting to show and give support to our keyworkers helping fight the virus and to those who have been impacted Pingit Giving is one way you can help.

You can raise funds for your chosen charity by creating a fundraising page in the app. Family and friends can donate, they don’t need to have Pingit, and 100% of their donation (including any gift aid) goes to the charity. You can share your fundraising page direct from the app and track how much you’ve raised.
