A few ways to help at this time

Budget your spending

To help you budget, use Pingit jars to ring-fence your money so it’s right there when you need it.You can create up to five jars to help you manage your spending and can easily set up regular top ups and check your transactions in app. Please make sure you have the latest version of the app.

Send money instantly

Send money to family and friends at home and abroad. You can pay anyone using just their UK mobile number, no need for their bank details. Friends and family don’t have Pingit? It’s not a big deal, we’ll give you a payment link and keep you updated with notifications.

Eligibility, terms and exclusions apply.

£45 Contactless limit

You can now go cashless with your Pingit card and device for transactions up to £45. It’s best to check with the retailer first to see that they’ve increased their limits as well.

You can also freeze your card and device at any time in the app, giving you peace of mind if you’ve misplaced it.

Group of friends

Supporting the community

Many charities are currently trying to find new ways to fundraise right now, Pingit Giving is one way you could help.

You can raise funds for your chosen charity by creating a fundraising page in the app. Your friends, family and colleagues don’t need to have Pingit to be able to donate and 100% of their donation (including any gift aid) will go directly to the charity.

Simply share your fundraising page from the app and track how much you’ve raised for the charity of your choice.
